Welcome to TW. 265/70R17, 1" larger than stock. I recommend C-load for best mpg/power and ride vs heavy E-loads.

What would you recommend on 16" rims? I'm getting new rims so I'm open to ideas.

265/75/R16. It is the same diameter as 265/70/R17.

Take a look at what tires you want to get, go to tirerack.com and see which of the above are available in C-load and which combination of wheels/tires would be lightest as a set.
