    Hi guys,

New to the forum and wanted to know what is the biggest size tire I can put on my 2017 Tacoma TRD Sport. I'm thinking on getting the black TRD rims with 265/70R17 BF Goodrich. Anyone know if they will fit or will the tires rub?

I believe you could go 275/70/17s...I am gonna give those a go and if they don't fit I will put on the Bilstein 5100s. I am hoping they don't quite fit.

This topic has been beaten to death. Try the search bar.

To my understanding and endless reading:

It seems it has been established that 275/70/17 in an ALL TERRAIN (MUD TERRAIN tires usually run a bit bigger than the same size ALL TERRAIN) will fit without rubbing.

Meanwhile a 285/70/17 should fit after a bit of inner fender stretching with a heat gun. Some claim to still rub at full steer lock in reverse, but even those who do, claim it is minimal.

...some of us just managed to scrape up the funds to purchase the truck and, excuse us, we are a little excited.
