    Large spanner wrench/Crescent wrench to hold the cam. Long handle for 17mm socket on bolt. Sometimes it takes two people. Wear gloves.

    Torque that bolt back down to 75 ft-lbs. All of the 10mm bolts get torqued to 80in-lbs. The 12mm to 14 ft-lbs.

    That's exactly what we tried. We had to resort to a 2' extension over the breaker bar with a 17 mm socket for the sprocket bolt. I (200+ lbs pretty strong dude) couldn't sustain the force with a crescent wrench when my GF was pulling the 2' lever to undo the bolt. Check the thread
