I was just looking at your build. Have you had any problems with the MOOG LCA bolts/ cams? I've heard some really bad reviews of the cams stripping and leaving you with the old free floating alignment if you wheel them hard. Door Ding and a few others had them, but they all went back to OEM.

Would a 3" lift possibly be enough? Along with trimming and what size spacers?

And the tires are Nitto A/T brand new with monster 2 XD series. Went to look at them yesterday and all look great. Wants 1000 for all 4. Since I was needing tires anyways and that's roughly 800 +or-, pretry good deal to pass off

Nothing but trouble. The only good news is they don't seiyearly. If you can get a good alignment shop that lifts the front before adjusting they will last allot longer.

Now I have hiem joint uppers, and fixed lowers. The right answer is probably to grease the ODRones before they seize, and repeat yearly.

That's not how it works. Your tire goes from full droop, to full stuff, all a lift does is change the resting height of the truck.

A3" lift with those tires will look good, 1.5" spacers, as a WAG.

Remember the a t you'll need new LUCas over about 2" of lift.

Yeah, I just had my LCAs cut off and replaced them with good used ones and OEM hardware and lots of anti seize. I'll be reapplying anti seize yearly.

Bilstein 5100's w/ Eibach coil overs in front (set at 3" of lift). Front diff drop kit. Extended Bilstein 5100's in the rear. Deaver 2" AAL in rear w/ axle shims. 285 x 75 r 16 Goodyear Duratracks. Wheelers steelies type B, AFE cold air intake. Sway bar delete. All Pro Apex front bumper (rattle canned Rustoleum primer + flat black). Plasti-dipped emblems. Mud flaps removed.
A 3" lift will give you some decent travel before hitting the wheel well as opposed to not lifting it at all which will limit the up travel with a tire that big. You'll still have to do some trimming back behind the tire. Not sure if you'll have to do the cab mount chop or not, I run a 3" lift with 285/75/16's and I've never had rubbing on the cab mount.

You should base your decision on how you use your truck. If you'll be off-road a lot, I would lift it and do the necessary trimming because the extra travel will be beneficial. If you don't plan on being off-road much, then maybe just stuff them in there as is with the required trimming.

Do you know what the backspacing is on the new wheels? I wouldn't use spacers if you can avoid it.

Compared to my stock wheels I don't believe there is much offest if any at all looking at the both side by side

Just do a small lift, 1" spacers, and you'll be fine.

Might have to do some minor trimming of the fenders/frame/cab/engine, but no worries.

    You got this!

Depending on what the backspacing is you might not even need spacers, I'm not very familiar with monster wheels
