Honestly when I went and purchased my first Tacoma in 2002 I was dead set on an access cab. I thought the double cabs were ugly. The dealer I went to had a left over 02 dbl cab limited with sun roof and everything that they sold me for less the 23k at the time. I couldn't pass it up. After having the double cab I would never want anything else. It was just too damn convient with camping and such. Since then I'll only buy double cabs. Plus I think the 2nd gen dcabs look sweet :)

I am getting a DC because I usually end up being the driver with my friends/family so something that has decent leg room is a must for me.

    thanks,

I traded in a 06' Nissan titan LE and fully modded with after market. I told myself i would never get a regular/king/access ever again. How ever for me, my one remaining kid is almost out of the house> i sold all my toys so i don't haul anything anymore, Its now just me and my wife............. and loving it....more time for finding new trails..and mud holes...and not really caring how dirty the truck is...

Access cab looks the best imo. DC with short bed looks like whiplash took off a chunk off the back.

Because, sooner or later your just gonna kick yourself in the hind end for not buying it, so you might as well do right the first time. Plus they look the best in the first place.
