Only time I open the seats is to store things on the driver side compartment and for tire-jack access on the passenger side.

My rear seats stay permanently folded down with a wool blanket over them as my dogs are usually with me when I go out, and my rifle cases fit nicely there when I go to the range. But my headrests live in my garage somewhere, haven't seen them in a while though. I did not know about the holes to store them though, good tip.

Ummmmm.... I'm not buyin' it. First, it's not spring steel so as to hole pressure on anything. Second, there's one on each visor. How many insurance & reg cards does the average vehicle have?

 

It’s for business cards or papers since there aren’t little dedicated sleeves for cards like on the first gen. It holds either/or just fine.

I do not care that you do not buy it. That's what I use them for, they work fine. I keep mine on the passenger side, my FIL kept his on the driver side. I do not care to see tbe docs when I flip the visor down.

 

You can use them for tow hooks if you want to, that's not what they're for either.

 

They are absolutely designed to hold paper and excel at that task but by all means share what you think they are there for
