There are obvious paint scratches on the bed side that appears to have hit the cab as well. Both sides. Noticed it a couple weeks ago, who knows when it actually happened.

    New one on me... :notsure:

Edit: no, the bed lines up just fine otherwise. Not the greatest picture, but the bed doesn't look otherwise tilted whatsoever.

The frame is designed to flex but this seems excessive...def check for busted welds etc

    What did you do?

Edit: Hard for anyone to help when there's little info provided. Everyone so far is playing a guessing game.

Years ago when the 2nd gen Tundra was released there was a thing called bed bounce. On certain road conditions (at the time it was concrete highways) the bed would move a lot. Most likely similar. This is the extreme example. Tundra Twerk Team - YouTube

Yeah, what’s the underside look like? I’d start looking for broken or bent things there.

check for any marks on the reciever hitch if you have one. they are heavy enough steel to not show much direct damage under hard impact

Did you floor it on washes/dips off road? Maybe your frame took a heavier hit than it should've. But yet again I've done stupid things (within reason) in my 3rd gen and I've had no issues like this that I know of.

You need to have a qualified shop check the frame for signs of excessive flex. Anything else is just talk.

This is just his starting point. If a few other people can give their input on something before he has to take into a shop, why not? Might be able to get different takes and narrow down the issue. I still would recommend in the end that OP gets it professionally looked at, especially because most of us here agree that the frame might be jacked.
