I’m not sure about the Tacoma’s but I know that the drive shaft isn’t always centered on some trucks

    Clarify please...
The way I read it, you want zero working angle at the pinion...that's a bad idea.

Honestly? I just place the carrier it where it "relaxes" and theres no strain on level ground. Don't overthink it.

Leveling kit 2” rear and 3” in front and I’m reffering to the angle because when I installed the leveling kit the rear wheels locked up and the transfer case moved down slightly and it’s not straight with the driveshaft

Rule of thumb; add 1 degree of angle for each inch of rear lift.

Did you change your leaf springs? “Adjust” the U-bolts? Explain what you did.

Is the locked up rear wheels the actual problem? No vibes?

Your parking cable is probably stretched.

Aha figured it out when I installed the leveling kit for the rear I put the tall side facing towards the front and the short side facing back so ima rotate 180 degrees and see what happens
