He doesn't do alignment he'll likely send you too Crown steering and brake on Dundas and 427, ya yours are fine the guy had that bottom perch reversed raising it a lot more.

Try and remove the spacer and see how it is

Hmm if thats the case I might just give 4wheel parts a try for the alignment.
Im going out right now to get rid of the 1/2" spacer. Fingers crossed. Maybe this time ill loosen the upper and lower control arms then re torque once on the ground. I torqued upper while on stands and lower once on the ground yesterday. Who knows

dropping the diff a half inch just doesn't make enough of a difference to be worth the trouble, IMO.

So if I read correctly, you went with the 1/2" drive side and 1/4" passenger side spacers just to gain the extra 1" of lift?

Correct. I got the 887 for dirt cheap thats why. Otherwise i would have got 888. But still i dont know how guys run 888 with good cv angles

Isn't the main difference between the 888 and 887's load capacity? or also height?

The 886 is the stiffer spring for more load cap, the 884/885/887/888 are all the same rate, just getting longer as you go up.

Put some vaseline on the fins to prevent friction and let it settle. Come back to it in a week or so after alignment and I bet it's normalized.

I only have one 1/4 spacer..
    *UPDATE.
I threw on a dif drop just for piece of mind and it looks like it made a tiny difference. Still not perfect but heres the driver side now to compare. Probably all in my head..Hoping it gets better once the rear ends done

yeah that's still pretty bad. Gonna have to ditch the spacers IMO.

A 'diff drop' should be more accurately called a diff 'tilt'...they don't do a whole lot, all they really do is tilt the front of the diff forward a half inch or so. It does help angles a tiny bit but usually in cases like this, people put them on thinking they'll solve the problem when in reality they hardly do anything.

If you're tempted to increase the size of the diff drop (tilt), don't...you don't want to tilt it too far forward and compromise the gear oil's ability to circulate they way it was intended to. Also you could run into issues with it being too low and hitting your skid plate.

My CV angles on my 04 looked similar but not quite as bad when I first put my Kings on and preloaded them to 3" of lift...I thought I could get away with it but after a few months I blew out a CV boot. Lowered the preload a bit and corrected the angles but the damage was already done...I ended up blowing an entire CV not long after that on an easy trail. Get them fixed soon if you can.

It really doesn't do much of anything. I removed mine in order to install a skid plate and the difference was negligible.

In reality the only way to get that much suspension lift on these trucks is with longer control arms and longer stubshafts to make the angles better.
