I've been a member of this site for over a decade... but am locked out of posting a for sale. Is this a new requirement? I'm not a person that posts to the internet a lot.

Thanks, all... I'm a little embarrassed because I couldn't find that stat anywhere in the upper right corner ("you"). As soon as I posted, it appeared in the left margin.

If I want to post an ad, I guess I'll have to chime into other's posts with some useless observations... at my rate of posting, it'll take me another 6 years. Haha

You only have 13 to go, shouldn’t take long. Just keep this thread going and add some pics of your truck.

In that case... it is an Oregon truck that I bought from the estate of the original owner. To say it's mint - at least by Vermont standards - would be an understatement. Every single sticker and chalkmark is in place, without even a hint of corrosion. Our 2021 Subaru looks like a rustbucket in comparison. I put a lot into it last year, then parked it in storage in early October, so it's never seen salt. Truly a time capsule. 79,000 original miles; manual. Kinda neat that the original owner - who was a Toyota tech - was able to put in a 'special order' for cruise control and intermittent wipers, which weren't otherwise available in 2008.

IMG_8268.jpg Here it is when I received it off the transporter - before any work was done. A pretty sweet baseline and 'as represented' by the owner's son... always a nailbiter when buying something sight unseen from 3,000 miles away.

The sight unseen bet worked out for you though. Great looking truck.

Your was a timely post for me. I'm in a similar boat: tried to put up for sale the parts left over from my bumper install, and I got the same rejection. I've been posting as regularly as I can to try to get there.

That's a ridiculously beautiful truck, dude. I wish I was in the market.

That’s a great looking truck, I’m sure it will sell quickly if priced fairly, GLWS

So is this a thread for people who need to get their post count up... I mean talk about that sweet red single cab Tacoma. Because that's what I'm here for.
