I've never experience shit like I did from them, ever, not even close. I actually can't
recall having a bad time during or after a purchase with any dealer and I've purchased
more than 15 vehicles over the years. They lie and seem happy to do so.

Hell, I've been communicating all of the to toyota customer care and after a couple weeks I was
told someone would contact me, well yesterday "they" did, said they were with Toyota
and and would assist with the issues and the cancellation of the VSA's, she then asked about
something that was NOT in the communication regarding the dealership and I cut her off and
asked who exactly she worked for and she was a Haley employee but presented herself as
being with Toyota.... All this horseshit for almost 2 months because they didn't want to send
details and exact costs of the VSA's. They are now my favorite chew-toy!

I don't know why they are giving me six oil changes. I did not buy anything more than the truck. Might be a dealer thing like lifetime powertrain. In fact I asked for and fully expected to pay the charge in the service lane. The Advisor looked up my deal and said free for five more. I did not argue....

The addendum sticker had extras on it I did get but did not pay for. That included one year key replacement and ding protection, Nitrogen in tires, Window Tint, Oil changes, Pinstripes, The price for all that is listed is $1295 on every truck. I would never buy any ToyotaCare in fact I told them to ensure no port addition would be added other than Towing. $699 for Toyota Care? Not happening here.

I paid $500 over Invoice and nothing more. Deal was made and sealed before the truck reached the dealer's lot and I did not ask for anything to be put in the truck, But they still included the extras. Who knows why All I would have paid for was the tint job.

ToyotaCare is free with every vehicle for the first 2 years/25k miles. You can pay to extend your ToyotaCare if you wish. It's basically pre-paying for maintenance.

No. I don't hang onto vehicles for longer than 2 years anyway lol.

Plus I get free labor :)

Must be that the dealer has added on to what Toyota offers, incentive for your dealer to sell trucks.

A man can buy allot of Mobil 1 and oil filters at Walmart for that kind of money. Now I know why my salesman never returned my email when I asked how much the extended Toyota Care was.

I bought all the warranties - everything! They had big windows at the dealership and saw me coming a mile away. Truth be known; they offered us a higher interest rate and the warranty, and we settled for a very low 2% interest rate plus we bought the warranty. 125K bumper to bumper inclusive repairs no deductable, 90K for tires replacement if damaged - NOT PRORATED crap, damaged tire REPLACED, 90K full maintenance, and the GAP insurance. YES I could have gotten 3rd party cheaper etc yada yada, but I drive up to the netherworld in Canada/Alaska once/twice a year. Too OLD and too damn tired to monkey with any problems. I want to CALL 1-800-Toyota come get me and take care of this where ever I am. If I never traveled a 10,000 mile round trip from Texas - Canada - Alaska - Texas then I would not need it. Sometimes when I travel through the STATE of Wyoming in the middle of the night; I do NOT see more than 5 cars, 4 goats, 5 mountain sheep, and 18 deer (and sometimes NOT even in that order). I usually carry my own gas as well in the back as there is NOTHING! So if I break down there is NO WHERE to go for help.

I paid like 5K for all of the insurance. To me YES that is expensive, but I am sitting here thinking, I do NOT have to worry about anything; like the 7 on board computers, New type of Auto 6 sp, New type of 3.5L Atchinson Engine .... etc I have a great piece of mind.

ON another note my truck will probably NEVER EVER have a problem because I spent all that money ..... my friend "murphy" who wrote that law says so .... LOL
