How do I get rid of this?

Drive at least 85mph on a US HWY; abruptly JERK the steering wheel LEFT.

Problem will be irrelevant.

 

Is the slip indicator on the tach the only other VSC light on?

 

Zero Point Calibration maybe?

 

Its a abrupt JERK to the RIGHT.. where did you go to mechanics school.. sigh kids these days

 

If you have the ABS lights, A-TRAC light, slip indicator, anything else on, that would help... Either way, you need to have the DTC read using a code reader that can read the truck's VSC computer. Can't narrow down the problem without the DTC.

 

All abs seem to be intact

 

Have the DTCs read. It could be hundreds of different things, but I'd be grabbing at straws trying to tell you what it could be. It could be something coincidentally went wrong after your lift and alignment.
