How do I read a relay diagram?

    I have a 24v relay and I have no idea which wire is which. The layout on the diagram doesn't match the layout of the wires.

    If you pull the connector off, your terminals should have really tiny numbers indicating pins.

    Silly question but why are you using a 24 VDC relay on a 12V truck?

    Pull the connector off (with the wires in it) and it should show you the pin numbers. This is a standard layout.Screenshot_20230831_165507_Chrome.jpg

    There they are!!!! Thank you. I'm using this for power wheels. Ditching the 12v lead acid battery and using DeWalt 20v, variable gas peddle and brake pedal.
