It won't be easy. It would not be much of an alarm system if it was easy to defeat.

Can’t you get another key fob from a nearby dealer?

Please do not reply unless you know how to disable the alarm. And have a real solution.

Is this the factory RS3000 alarm system? I dunno if that system interfaces with the ignition, but I would start with just unplugging the brain from the harness. It’s in the driver’s side kick panel if I remember correctly.

What’s keeping you from driving away again?

Have you tried to insert the key in the ignition and start the Tacoma? It might shut off the alarm.

Had a similar situation where the key fob battery went dead, and had to use the key to unlock the door which set off the alarm. However, once I inserted the key in the ignition and started the vehicle, the alarm stopped.

    My alarm is aftermarket
I’m able to put in valet mode with key in ignition and input code on hidden push button switch.
Is there a toggle switch somewhere?

If this system cuts your ignition wires, simply cut the harness where it interfaces with the alarm system and wire tie the factory ignition wires together. When you get home, solder the connection to make it permanent.

Search “how to disable a car alarm” on YouTube - there’s enough videos on it to figure out what to do - I removed one from my truck. Most have a relay you can jumper on the ignition control wire under the dash. Just start at the ignition and follow the wires to find the relay.

Can you cut the wire to the horns or to whatever generates the sound?

You can just pull the horn relay in the engine bay fuse box if it’s running and the horn going off is the only issue.

    It’s a RS3000 alarm system.

I took the horn fuze out to stop the noise. But the lights are still flashing. And the ignition system is still disabled, it won’t let me turn the key to start.

Arnold lifted the rear of the car to stop the alarm in Twins. You should try that.
