Short and sweet, what are some good ways to test to find where my tires are rubbing?

    16’ OR DCSB. Just upgraded to 17” 4Runner pro wheels, 265/70/17 KO2s.

I can hear it coming from the passenger side turning on an incline, but I don’t see any rubbing or wear.

Reversing full lock. Look for rubbing marks, and see if you can fit any paper for interference fit.

Thanks! I hear that term “full lock” a lot. What’s that mean exactly and can I test for it on the street?

If your mudguards are gone, you know you are rubbing.

If no rub get an alignment. You might have some off numbersbcausing the tires to screech during cornering.

I put masking tape everywhere when i was fitting dirtyfives, then drove and looked for places the tape was worn. Worked great.

That tire/wheel combo will rub slightly on the mud guards at full lock.
