How do I update Entune navigation maps?

2015 Tacoma TRD Pro

I have a 2015 Tacoma TRD Pro. How can I update the navi maps? Is this something I need to take it to the dealership for or can I do it myself? Do I connect my computer to the USB outlet next to the aux port or do I need to load new maps onto the MicroSD card to the right of the touch screen?
