make a webaddress into a link with the title as the link?

Example:

Let's say I want to link a FS thread in my signature.

FS:Wheels/Tires

Now I want someone to be able to click the FS:Wheels/Tires and be redirected to the page.

First copy the link you want, then write what you want it to say (FS:Wheels/Tires)then highlight it, you don't have to color or underline it. Now look where they have the Bold, itallics and underline, to the right they have the world with a chain link, click that.
In the box you will have to paste the link you want in there.
