Put a big ass dent under the drivers door to make it a truck, officially, then start modding and wheeling the shit out of it and break shit before warranty is up. After warranty is up, then I'll take care of it!

I kept mine pretty for a little over a year.

In retrospect, I should've taken it straight off the lot, onto a trail, and given it hell. But hindsight is 20/20 etc.

I have a jeep that I abuse, my Taco is my family truckster. I drive for work lunch a lot and keep her pretty clean.
I'm working more towards and expedition vehicle with the Taco than low gear crawler like my jeep.

I bought the truck on a Friday and drove it off the lot saying "I don't know if I can ever take this baby off road"...Saturday I was looking for trails...I have had it for about 3 weeks and put right at 4000 miles on it though...

I go slow past branches on the trails. Trying to avoid scratches; when it happens I will get over it but not looking to rush it.

4000 in 3 weeks is some real driving!

Stationed in eastern North Carolina and drove to the central Tenn for vacation the day I bought it, drive about 20 miles one way to work (5 to 7 times a week), and just got back from Allentown, PA for a friends wedding. I try not to scratch it, but I am going to treat it like a man's truck...make it work hard six days a week and give it a day of rest (and a wash) on the seventh day.

I will say that I am hesitant to rough it up any. I am CRAZY about this truck and to dent it would hurt my feelings pretty bad...scratches on the other hand...lol, scratches are gonna happen anyway, might as well start now.

I got it in January and it has 14k miles on it. I live on a dirt road, it rarely gets washed and I work on a lot of farms so It gets a fair amount of field travel, scratches and rubs. It's a truck.
