How do you clean your engine bay?

    2017 DCSB TRD SPORT 4X4 Stock.... for now. 2001 DC TRD 4X4 BILSTEIN 5100s 17X8.5 WITH BFG MTS 255/75/17
    Simple green and purple power work great, but if the engine bay is hot I’ve had issues with the purple power staining the aluminum (only had this issue with hot engine bays).

    Anything containing gallium should clear out most of the engine compartment.

    Behold: the Taco trunk mod.

    Srsly: I use compressed air and brushes to get the bulk of the trash out. Then low pressure water and rags. Dry with clean rags. Wipe all the galvo bits with machining surface wax.

    It will look (and smell) new for decades.
