How do you feel about everything going on with Illegal Immigration ?

Funny- Cause I've interviewed both lots "coyotes" and immigrants in the course of my job...and your sources are a minority. Lots of illegals come here and don't go to schools, or do much of anything "normal" They end up working in "backdoor" type businesses run by organized crime...

 

The one on the right could be an illegal Russian or Turkish. (The MOST dangerous type of illegal to our country)

Which eventually could lead to everyone with Blue eyes and Fair skin to be profiled.

 

well I'm still in High school so the illegals I do know are obviously from school , which they ATTEND. organized crime?! hell, you scare me more for knowing/ affiliated with those people. i think since you had the opportunity to "interview" a coyote, you should turn him in for your own sake and pride. Has nothing to do with race. It has to do with nationality. Keep it seperate.

Central Oregon and Washington have a lot of fruit trees -- it's where a good part of your produce is grown. These areas have traditionally relied on migrant pickers. In the past (distant past) a lot of high school and college kids would do it as a summer job. My Dad and his brother picked one summer from northern California to the Dalles. Not too long there was an Oregon orchard owner on the news. When asked whether or not she had any "Anglo" pickers she said that in the last ten years exactly one had applied. You can blame some of this on the myriad laws that now make it hard for kids to work (I was driving tractors and grain trucks when I was 14, as were all of my friends).

Documented guest worker programs would be great. However, they would still have problems. You can blame part of this on unions who often price business owners out of the ability to hire reasonably-priced labor. Now, with Obamacare looming you will see far more illegals hired as intermittent and low-profit businesses such as farms simply are not able to pay for health insurance for all their employees.

 

Heres something I cant understand why people cant get it! Everyone here except native americans is a immigrant everyone! But we have a serious problem with MEXICANS!! Not germans, or russians, mexicans are coming into this country illegally by the dozens every day.

I was just wondering. he feels strongly against the SB 1070 so I assumed it affected him. In this case it doesn't but that just makes his argument that much more powerful.

YOU CAN get a drivers lic. even if you are not legal. FYI. I know you 17...the faster you learn the system is corrupt, the better. THATS A BIG PART OF THE PROBLEMS WE HAVE. We need a smaller system (government).

No, we do NOT have a problem with mexicans, we have a problem with ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS. If you immigrate legally, all the power to you. Many people do it the right way, it costs them thousands of dollars, and countless hours of paperwork, but they do it right. For illegals to undermine this is just disrespectful and I have no sympathy for the scumbags.
