Go tell Arpaio that the key to ridding AZ of illegals is by shutting down their availabilities here. Illegals aren't just gonna leave. I was doing some biological research along the Mexican border in New Mexico one year and kept running into a lot of Border Patrols. With very few exceptions I, being blond haired and blue eyed was simply waived through the checkpoints, while each and every Hispanic was throughly searched.

One family whose possessions were taken out of their car and thrown on the ground and who were lined up on the side of the road, then separated and individually questioned, belonged to the WWII veteran millionaire rancher whose several thousand acre ranch I was working on, and whose family had lived in New Mexico for 400 years. Personally, I am for the Isreali option-build a wall and fucking enforce the law.. Or, more extreme...the Robert Heinlien method-a-la Starship Troopers (the BOOK, not the abortion a movie) have citizens and civilians. citizens get more rights for service (military, social, education, federal..) towards society and EARN the rights we enjoy. Civilians have some rights but cannot vote, and are restricted in a few other things also. I'm all for people seeking a better life here, but there comes a point where we cant carry the worlds burden anymore. I see nothing wrong with remembering your heritage and celebrating you history, however, if you are here, you are expected to assimilate into American society. I.E.-English is the primary language, American history, TAXES and support of the laws of this great nation.
