hi guys, i was wondering how do you guys get out if you get stuck or pull someone out if they get stuck. i have a trd sport that didn't come with the hook a TRD OR does so i don't know if i should buy a stock tow hook for the front or an aftermarket one, and if so which one? there are two loops on the frame also but some people here have said not to use the driver side one cuz it's not strong enough and not meant for that. if i get stuck or need to pull someone out where do i hook up on? sorry i'm new to all this.

But seriously, I have a drawbar with a shackle. I just hook up a tow strap to the truck wheeling with me. I allways have a buddy with me to wheel.

You have two loops on the front--not a loop and a hook? My SR5 has a loop (passenger) and hook (driver). Nevermind. Stamped steel 'loop' on the passenger side, and a heavy steel 'oval ring' on the driver's side.

If you have a hitch you can use a receiver and d-ring. Or you could just use a pin that goes into the trailer hitch receiver. The d-ring is more designed for it though. For the front though I can't help you.

I hook a chain up to my trailer hitch to pull someone out, or when I got stuck had them hook up to the hook on the front and they used a winch to get me out. I've never heard that the hooks weren't strong enough.
