When you can still have your own space. After 2 clingy girls I was done with that..my wife has always been cool with me having guy time. About 3 months in she wasn't feeling well, our friends called us to go out and I said we were staying home b/c she wasn't feeling well. Around 9pm she said 'you know, I'm just gonna go to bed anyways. You go ahead and go have some fun". Bah-BAM!

I get to about 25 concerts a year..we don't have much common ground in music but I always ask if she wants to go, and she says "nope go have fun". She is just glad I don't try to make her go. I always try to do a couple a year of bands she likes even if they're not my thing.

statistics show that couples that dont live togeather prior to being married acctually stay togeather more often. That being said I believe that is due to the moral background and has little to do with the actual living togeather. Food for thought though

When I first met her, my wife had a 96 Tacoma 4wd ext cab with 31" tires..no step bars either, and she's 5 foot 3 with back problems. Did I do good?

Been married for 31 years. Did I know she was the one? I had all those feelings that she was, but was worried about lots of things then. It all works out if you be a man about it.

If she is your best friend and you can both openly talk about anything without a pissing match. You can talk through things instead of fighting. She's the most beautiful woman in the world to you and she thinks the same of you. Whenever you need someone to talk to you know she is always there and supports you in whatever decision you make, then my friend, you have found the right one.

Well.....You'd have to ask my husband...

But... after our first date, I called my Mom and said, "He's the one"

Sure enough....we've been married 18 years and together since 1991.

    You just 'know'

If you have to ask...then, it's not necessarily 'the one'. Perhaps.....it doesn't always happen that way for everyone. Just because 'you don't know' doesn't mean ...it's not the right person. (did that make sense?)

    Too few to list.
It's never about the "right" one, it's about how much "crazy" you're willing to put up with.
