How do you know which alternator your truck came with stock?

    V6 with AT has the 130amp alt

    V6 with MT has the 130amp alt only if equipped with the tow package.

    The Tow Package became Standard Equipment on the V6 Models starting in 2018.

    Hood Struts, My version Fogs always ON, Map & Overhead Light Mod,
    2 sources of Juice to vehicle system (DC); one from battery, in case a system (stereo amps) pull more than system (battery when vehicle off) can provide at an instance, fuse goes. Other source is Alternator, in case it has a "runaway" and also provides more juice than the whole system was made for, that fuse goes.

    I haven't seen a DC system "single" circuit protected by 2 fuses from two source either...except, of course, a boat, car, airplane...just messing with ya...:rofl:
