Is it wrong to provide a critical analysis of something? To be clear, I never said I didn't support the 2nd, and I never said any action should be taken to change it in any way. I even said that I'm an advocate for our right to guns! lol I simply provided a fragment of my own opinion, analysis, and casual speculation.

You're good! I wasn't referring to you. It was this comment: "beat down people who are used to taking the shitty end of the stick and saying thank you."

Absolutely nothing wrong with expressing an opinion. I'm trying to say this in a nice way. But I think a lot of fear comes from a lack of knowledge, a lack of use, and well the MSM. Statistically speaking "an armed society, is a polite society."

You found it a quandry that the individual should be responsible for his/her own security. That you did advocate for the second in a sporting or security standpoint but that there was a problem that needed a solution. Ergo, a call to action for change.

Funny that some of the same people who so vigorously defend the 2nd amendment are currently working to gut the 15th.

He's talking about the new voting bill down in Georgia. I'm guessing

Anyway before this thread gets any more off topic and we start diving into politics. Have you guys seen Jack Carr's LandCruiser? I really like his little lock box under the driver seat. I would like to see how well it opens. Most of the time I just carry on my person, but having some sort of locking solution in the truck would be nice.

It would be awesome if someone made a safe that mounted to the seat bolts and was under the driver seat. Seems like wasted space. I don't trust those flimsy lock box cables. You can cut them with a pair of dykes.

Right, his is bolted down. I just don't see how it can open, unless it pops out like a drawer system.

With seat jackers and a fabbed seat rail to provide an access door, this could be something useful.

    And in many other states.

Regardless, this is all way off topic. I don't leave guns in the car cuz none of mine could be easily locked away out of sight.

Don't know if anyone has mentioned this, but check the gun laws of the state you are travelling through. Some require you to lock your unloaded gun and ammo separately.

I will do that. The NRA has the most lawyers to battle the courts

YES sir, there are plenty of organizations out there. NRA has deep pockets and many lawyers to help fight for the cause.. I don't see many articles in print or news clips on the smaller gun right organizations out there that u talk about..I read about them from time to time yes. NRA is not perfect but they have big $$$$, from where you say they get it from, correct again sir. Watch what happens TO YOUR GUN RIGHTS when the LIBERALS finally win and destroy the NRA.. GOD BLESS AMERICA !!!!

NRA filed for Chapter 11 like 2-3 weeks ago. What big $$$$?

I have my weapon on on me at all times - I also sometimes keep spares under the back seat, usually when I have extra guns in the truck I have my best friend with me...We've dealt with Schutzhund GSDs for years....
