I'm sick and tired of the dealership and Discount tire scuffing up my wheels during tire rotation. How do you non-slider guys jack up your truck on one side so both tires are lifted off the ground? Articulation is great for off-roading, not so much when you're trying to get both tires off the ground for a tire rotation.

If you lift the truck by the slider, you have to jack it up pretty high to get all the droop out and get the tires off the ground. Use the stock jack on the rear axle, then set it down on a jackstand, just high enough to get the wheel off. then pop off the wheel and jack up the front leaving the rear axle on the stand. Its not rocket science.

I use Discount for free rotations. Not sure how they are scuffing up wheels just doing a rotation. I bought tires there so I also get free balancing. Discount that I use gets real busy so I just rotate every 10k which I think is plenty over tires life.

Buy a floor jack and jack stands... if you're off roading should have a full size spare so really just need a jack. If your jack is to small I use wood sometimes but just go to harbor freight and pick you a decent jack.
