Use the search button on the website^^ there's gotta be a how-to somewhere.

Or lay down a mat, and go have a peek under your truck. Couldn't be too complicated

^Seriously. It's a couple tabs, and a couple screws ok each side, then it pops off. But do please use the search function on this site. It's there for a reason :)

Steps to remove front bumper from 05-11:

remove the grille(2 screws, 2 plastic clips by top of radiator) then lift up and it unclips at bottom.
Remove the exposed plastic clips that were under bottom edge of grille holding top of bumper.
Craw under bumper and remove the visible screws(and the one hidden one on each side by the fender flare tip in wheel well, and recessed within small cutout) and the 4 plastic clips off aluminum crush bar.
Next cut off the flat head screw looking clip holding fender liner to bumper fender flare and loosen the fender liners from the bumper cover
Next pull bumper cover outward(away from side of truck) at ends by the fender flare. It will pop free.
The bumper will unclip from that side so next do the same on the other side.
Now there is the aluminum crush bar... remove it by taking off the 6) 14mm nuts holding it to the end of the frame. Done.
