How do you remove the bed rail caps?

I want to remove the bed rail caps and put some silicone on them before installing my shell.
I see two plastic rivets in the bed that I believe are attached to the caps. Are there more under the track for the tie downs??? Does it just pry up???? Thanks.

Lift out the small rivets on the inside of bed front and rear. Then gently pry the caps up off the bed. They just clip into the holes on the bed.
