How do you remove trim on bed

I remember seeing a thread on how to remove the top trim piece on the top of the bed. I cant seem to find that post. Can someone share how that is done. I am trying to sell the original tonneau cover, but I noticed that you need to remove the trim in order to remove the hook or bar that locks.

The trim just pops up. Remove the clips at the end of the bed and just pull up on the trim
