Pardon the question, this may sound dumb. But how do you transport x4 tires/wheels?
The tires/wheels are big enough - so I can't lay it flat - short bed. So the upright position is the way to go.

I just can't visualize how do I tie them together to the bed with a Nylon String ( ratchet ) so it doesn't bounce off of the truck and onto the traffic.

Youtubed, and googled it and I can't seem to find a good advice.

    Sorry again. Thank you.

Face 2 sets towards each other. Ratchet strap trough spokes. Thats it. Do not let the face of the rim hit the bed of the truck.

I line up all 4 standing up against the back of the cab and run 2 straps through all of them. You'd have to have bed cleats or DIY some tie down rings to the bed bolts though. You could just do the same thing up against the tailgate and use the 2 factory tie downs there.

Just don't hit any sweet jumps and you'll be fine with them any way you put them.
