Dogs are easily trained. Taught that pupper to drive now I don't have to worry about having a few too many at the bonfire.

Was not cheap....I think I paid $209 on sale. However it’s 5 years old and it’s been in four vehicles. Just throw it in the washer every three months and put it back in. It’s padded and had a non-slip back (call it more of a limited slip), repels water, and hair will not embed in the fibers. So call it an investment of a lifetime.

I had an Orvis hammock that eventually fell apart but that lifetime warranty came in clutch and they gave me the full value back, even though I got it as a gift.

I know the feeling. Does not like to stay in the back seat. Have a Konig brand cover works incredibly, except the zipper is toast. Could probably take it to an alteration store and get it fixed though

It sounds like a lot of you need to get harnesses for your critters, I have a lead that runs between the rear seat mounts and another attached to Belle's harness to keep her in the back seat but allows her to go to both windows freely.

Bought an ARE camper shell finally, just for transporting our 3 dogs to hiking locations. Bought a multi-tether tie down off Amazon that spans the bed and hook up their harnesses to that.
The Labs, and the beagle, shed like crazy and nothing covering the seats helps.
Also bought a ramp for all of them to access the bed. Amazing what we do for our babies. Which they are, now that the boys are out of the house

Our boy has the whole back seat area to himself, pretty comfy! A thorough vacuum every week or two keeps the hair down to a manageable level lol!
