    screen glare is a pain for dvd's, but navi and menu systems are bright. Last time I tried to watch a dvd during the day, I had to boost the brightness all the way up. Forgot to lower it at night and it almost blinded me.

    steering controls don't work - local shop says they can get it to work for $50... just get the remote control.

    Thanks for the answer. Sounds like it will work out for me as i am more interested in the GPS capabilities and I-pod connect that the DVD player.

    Looks great! I got the D3 in my 350Z and just recently got the Bluetoof module installed - I love the whole system.
