How does this wheel alignment look to you?

I've seen the previous posts on this, but none of them answered my questions, so here goes.

I replaced the rubber on my '12 TRD Sport in early December, with Cooper AT3 4S's. Canadian Tire (where I would never, ever take my vehicle otherwise) had a crazy sale, so I had them install/balance and do an alignment. Mistake.

Now, the truck drives straight, but has an intermittent vibration that feels like it's coming from the front end. I've attached the spec sheet from the alignment - I don't like the asymmetry in the camber, or the red numbers.

They also told me that 'the tires took a lot of weight and did not balance out great', but tried to blame it on my wheels.

I'm taking it back in - given the spec sheet and the symptoms, should I hammer them to re-balance the tires first, or does that alignment need correcting? I'll push for road force balancing, but I'm thinking they probably don't do it.

    Cheers!

Oh yes, the 'ol toe-n-go. I have a bad feeling that they discovered the common frozen cam issue and did not inform you that they could not move them to adjust either camber or caster. As to the fix, you will likely have to cut off the existing cams and replace with new. The toe setting is the most critical as far as tire wear and at least they did something there. If it drives straight there are those who would tell you to leave the cams alone for now.

As far as the balancing/vibration matter, the problem is likely in your tires/wheels not the alignment. Try rotating the front tires to the rear and rear to the front and see what happens.

Do you know if they used the Haweka adapter in combination with a road force balance and tire match? Toyota has had this bulletin for many years and it is still active.

The purpose of this technique is try to mimic as near as possible how the wheel/tire combination sits on the balance machine and your truck.

As far as the wheels go, if you have aftermarket they may be slightly off center if hub centering rings were not used or the rings worn. So yes the wheels could very well be an issue.

If this were mine I would also like to see each wheel/tire spinning on the machine to observe if there appeared to be any egg-shape to the tire (hopping) or lateral variance. They should actually be measuring for such.

Don't worry too much about the red caster numbers. I'm not sure what their machine claims is the acceptable limit for caster, but I'm assuming it's just below that 2.6. For reference, a lot of people will run 3-5* caster, which will show up as "red" on a standard alignment machine.
    Toe looks to be fine.
But yes, camber is a little wacky.

I would suggest you just rotate the tires and see if you feel the same vibrations from the front end that you're feeling now. That might help narrow down your problem.

Thanks for the replies. The wheels are stock and were fine with the old tires - no weights necessary at all - now they have quite a few.

Appreciate the feedback on the alignment - I'll take them back for a rebalance, and as I said, will push for a road force if they can do it.

    Cheers!
