So I know there are a LOT of factors when it comes to speed, just trying to get an idea of how much faster i COULD be going with say smaller tires or performance upgrades.

My truck tops out around 110 MPH in 5th, 6th is WORTHLESS...
Check out my setup and let me know if there's anything I could change/add easily (besides a charger)...

I actually have a jeep now. Imagine that.
your truck isn't built to be fast man. Why would you want to make that truck go any faster? I wouldn't even wanna touch 100 mph with those 35's.

I think that some people need to turn down their dad advice. It's not that big of deal.

It IS that big of a deal if he is on public roads. Off road tires are not rated for high speeds, let alone the aerodynamics of a lifted truck. Im not here to preach, but the last thing I want to see on this web site, is one of our members dead due to a high speed crash. OR, one of our members killing a familly, due to recklass endangerment.

ever seen what someone looks like after a fuckin wreck where someone was at a real high rate of speed???? didnt think so. it is that big of a deal.;)

if its done in a safe manner.........i.e........at a track, thats a different story. public roads arent made for seeing how fast a tacoma can run.
