Scrubbed some tires, and knocked a dent out.
Closer pictures. (Doesn't look bad. Look like things are painted to you?)

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
From that distance, it looks like it's been coated with Woolwax or FluidFilm. Nothing wrong with that, as long as it was done all along and not to cover up bad rust.

Were you laying on your back when you took those pics?

Hard to tell. Looks decent at 1st glance. Things that stick out to me are front drive shaft doesn't look like the rear drive shaft. Also lower A Arms look new /or painted. Rear shocks look great. Load some close ups of this section (red circles) of the frame and we'll give you more incite full feedback. Also tell us more about vehicle location and mileage.

Spare tire rim and the Ubolt plates look like they have rust pitting that was coated over. Might be worth looking over better in person or taking to a shop to have looked at on a lift in person.

ARB Bumper, SOS sliders, SOS rear bumper, SOS skid plate. OME Lift. Some other stuff.
Looks like some areas have been spray painted. It's also hard for us to tell the frame condition based off your photos.

Yeah that’s all the dealer would send me. I’m not close enough to look at in person.

Thanks! I think I’m going to skip this one
