How hard is it to tint your own lights?

    You can take your headlights out there are three 10 mm bolts on each side pull out bulbs heat oven up to 305 when oven is pre heated turn oven off and place head light assembly on cookie sheet and place in oven for 8 minutes then you can pull them apart take chrome reflective piece out then clean and paint with krylon fushion black paint then put small bead of sealer around light when it was when you took apart and put back in pre heated oven for 8 minutes then put back together and let dry then put back in truck looks good i did my black but you can use any color just use krylon fushion paint the tint method i have seen it bubbles after a while and it dims your light some after you paint it looks good and your lights stay the same
