How high do I need to go with 20x12 -44 offset?

    6.5” Maxtrac Lift Kit
    hey guys,
    I have a 3rd Gen TRD sport 2wd and have a set of 20x12 -44 offset wheels and 305/50r20 tires laying around. I have seen this set up done on many Tacoma’s with a 6” or 6.5” lift. My question is will this work and if so how much cutting will I need to do? Also, any suggestions for good 2wd lifts?
