how high?

I currently have an 04 xtra cab with 16 inch rims, not sure of the tire size. I wanted to get a suspension lift, but money is obviously an issue. i was wondering if anyone new what kind and maybe how cheap i could get one. I know someone who will actually intsall it for a case of beer so thats not a problem.

5100's w/ Eibach coils and either a new leaf pack or an add-a-leaf are the cheapest good-quality lift you can get (lifts 3" on 1st gens)

just ordered 5100's, toytec aal, and eibach coilovers. Is there anything else I may need to complete the lift?
