    It's "Independence Day: the Ground Assault Version."
    Basically a two and 1/2 hour recruiting video for the Marines. Not that I minded a bit. :D There were parts in it that made me want to re-enlist, I shit you not.
    They did a pretty good job of casting every single character you'd find in a Marine rifle squad. The boot (FNG), the newly minted 2nd LT, the hardass lifer, the absolute asshole who is the very person you'd want covering your six, etc.


    I enjoyed it throughly. I realize there were scenes they put in just for dramatic value, but most of the tactics displayed were real enough. I wish I had that gear when I was in. We had the 80 lb "Interceptor" vest.
