it's legal because it doesn't alter the fire control group and it doesn't make it function any different than a standard AR.

and it is NOT legal in CA

By order: Tinted windows, WeatherTech liners added, NFab's, bar caddy center console, plasti-dipped emblems and rims.
I think he was referring to the price which is extremely ridiculous.

The 10/22 stock the BATF approved then back tracked and un-approved used a spring to make the receiver go back and forth. This stock has no spring, it just slides back and forth, so it is legal.

I've seen these before, they are pretty neato. I remember a trigger attachment years ago I saw at a gun show that was a bump-fire device. I wouldn't want to spray .223 very often tho. It not cheap.

Bilstein 5100s up front with OME 885s, rear Add-A-Leaf, LED lights (tails, dome, map, plate lights), Kicker 8" in custom fiberglass enclosure under back seat, Kicker speakers throughout and Kicker amp for sub, Pioneer DVD Player, Satoshi Grille with Devil Horns, Leer 100XQ.
Every now and then I see them on backpage and craigslist for $300-$350. They have them for the AR, and AK. Fun to shoot. Controlled semi auto/burst/full auto with the amount of forward pressure you put on the rifle while holding the grip/stock back.
