No major issues, just the usual clutch creaking (dealer changed out assembly last year, and rear diff weeping (dealer changed gasket and torqued down correctly). Both addressed and fine now. But i only have 24k on mine as well on my 2017

2017, only 17k kilometers so far (so like 10500 miles). Some minor warranty claims like drivers door armest squeaking, howling diff TSB, ECU tune TSBs and soon getting my squeaky leaf springs TSB'd.

A bit too much service for my tastes but it's all been really minor stuff so far.

2016 TRD OR and just hit 65,000 miles. No issues and no regrets. I had the dealer do a couple of the transmission TSB's as a precautionary but I feel like one of the lucky ones when I read all the other threads. The transmission hunts around sometimes but it's not a deal breaker.

Not really an "issue" but I did get a MAJOR drop in mileage when I went up a tire size.

Did they fix the howling diff? Took mine in once already for that & it still does it.

    I have 75,000 miles on my 2016.
    Front brakes, fluids, driveline greasing.

That's all I've needed to do, everything is perfect except a slight blower fan tick at lower levels able to be heard in the interior, and the back right door panel definitely has something loose in it. When window is all the way down and you close the door, it's quite a metal rattle. I accept these issues. Truck has been a great purchase.

Neighbor down the road has 2 2016 V6s, 1 has 185k and the other just over 160k. He does handyman work, pest control and safety inspections/mitigation in remote parts of western AZ and in NV, and is gone pretty often. He’s had zero issues with both of them except for a replaced wheel bearing and usually tows or hauls his contracting supplies on a daily basis. Similar to me, he does almost all of his maintenance himself, using the cheapest quality fluids he can find. More often than not, that means he ends up running Supertech 0w-20 and Supertech in his diffs as well. I’ve since switch to it as well and had no issues in both my Toyotas. As for me, I have 30k on my 17 like a little weenie, but it holds up great and does everything I need it to. Perfect Broverland, SAR response, backcountry vehicle that’s still comfortable enough to also be my DD.

    LS1 swap with nitros.
50k and only issue was a battery replacement about 2 years in. Otherwise zero items, and zero trips to the dealer.

Little over 3k now on my 2019. Runs just fine overall and actually drives a ton better when I hauled my 20’ car hauler trailer loaded down with stuff across couple states then back home with empty trailer. Obviously has to downshift and upshift quite a bit but the shifts were all smooth and never found the truck hunting for the right gear as it does every time I drive it with just me in it and hauling nothing but me and truck.

2016 with 47,000km, 39k being my own. Regular maintenance and I got the TSB for the ECU reflash. Had a blown rear left shock January 2019 but that was replaced under warranty after a long wait for the new shock and it didn't cause a ton of issues other than the obvious excessive bouncing on pot holed highways (sketchy).

I purchased it originally knowing it would last me years even as a consumer and now that I'm going back to trades school for automotive service I'm still always going to be happy with my choice of vehicle

25k on mine, only dealer visit was to get tires and wheels mounted and a front end alignment.

They don't actually fix it, they install a sound deadening kit at the back of the cab to muffle it out somewhat. Toyota claims it's a harmonics issue and not an actual mechanical failure.

2016 with 63k, had the shifter boot, transmission and clutch pedal assy replaced under warranty in the first year. Since then just regular maintenance but have always had the diff howl and the clutch creaking just came back.

Still like it a lot....I plan on running it until I need a full size

No issues here with my 2018 bought last oct, besides very very light rust on the spot welds behind the rubber flappy-folds near where the bed and cab meet like a few others here. Going to bring it up on my next trip to the dealer to pick up fluids/filters.

This validates my purchase. I have a 2016 that has close to 40K miles. While I don't get much opportunity to drive mine as much as I like to, it's been good to me with no issues so far (Except that rear diff leak issue when I first bought it which everyone had back then which they replaced). Just did my first brake pad and rotor change about a month back. All I do is regular maintenance, oil changes, inspection etc.
