Just curious how long you have had to wait for dealer to swap the frame, I was approved back in June 2019 and as of today I'm still waiting, every time I ask the dealer they say they don't know when its coming in.
I'm located in Edmonton, and Sherwood Park Toyota is who I'm waiting on, on that note any members have theirs done by this dealer?

I was approved in July by a Canadian dealer. They told me they would call me in about 4 months when my frame ships. In December I called them and asked and they said it’s going to be more like April.

6-12 months, depends on severity and safety.

Thought I'd update this thread, Got my truck back a week ago finally got the frame replaced (almost 10 months later), no real issues, they missed replacing the leaf springs took it back a couple days later and they did it.
I did have a evap code that popped up a couple days later, they fixed it, it was a missed/loose hose connection, not bad seeing as the truck was disassembled and put back together.

    other notes,
They did not under coat it and said they dont do that any more (I'm skeptic about that being true)
they did not replace brake lines from the flex brake hoses out to the calipers and wheel cylinders, they are pretty poor shape, so I bought new fronts and will build the rears myself,
fuel tank straps are pretty thin looking, not covered (apparently) but I do own my own automotive shop so its a quick job on the hoist. funny how they quoted it as a 500+ job, the straps they sell must be gold lined, on a positive note I did give them a new fuel pump to install and they did not charge any extra
all in all pretty happy as the truck is near new, its 15 yrs old now and should easily last another 15+
