Mid-August these 2 (what looked like to me) drifters parked their '89 Vic across from our house, they were picked up by some other vehicle and I haven't seen them since. They left the doors unlocked, and it's not in bad shape considering it has about 400K miles on it

What are my options? Tow it? Buy it? BLOW IT UP?!

In Arizona I think it's 90 days till you can get an abandoned title. Take a picture with a newspaper that has today's date and another in 90 days and go get the title.

You live in a super safe neighborhood. Unlocked for that long and still not stolen.

Installed Cooper At/3's (265/70R16) and ProComp 7089 Rims. Tinted front windows. Did the Fog Light Anytime mod. Did the tailgate mod. Added running boards. Adding sound Deadening from RAAMaudio. Replacing stock speakers with Polk Audio DB6501's.

Used to happen a lot at my old house when I lived in a downtown area. There was an abandoned car hotline you could report after 14 days. Spead up the process if the tags were expired. I'm not condoning this but push it in the middle of the street and they'll have to tow it. Let's just say I know a guy that had to resort to this after an abandoned car sat in front of his house for 3 months and got tired of waiting.

Around here, the Sheriff's Department would tow the vehicle in no more than 48 hours. Maybe even less if someone called them and complained. They attach an orange note to the driver's side window noting the time, date, location the vehicle is being towed to, and the clock starts ticking. That's interesting about the abandoned title.

After 3 days without moving it can be towed here.. I'd assume you're well outside whatever time frame of having it towed.

Yeah, it's been sitting there for quite a while. I'll call the sheriff tomorrow and see what the deal is.
