    No.

I’ve been looking for an OR AC MT since longer than that guy.
There have been no [new] AC MTs on dealer lots in Canada since around April.
21 AC MT have just now entered production, for Canada anyway.

    People are just impatient.

OR AC MT, if that’s what he’s looking for, is a very rare package.
    See my above post(s).

I see their telling you the middle of January too. I remember reading on here that you waited till toyota was buliding what you were wanting . I'm guessing That toyota is only building what i want now. I have looked on dealer lots in eastern canada and there ain 't none .

My dealer didn’t give me any dates or make any promises as to when it would be built or an ETA.
I knew I was gonna be waiting, and that was/is ok with me.
My salesman sent me that screen last week, and he’ll update me again once the truck gets a VIN

Prepare to wait my dude. Your dealer isn’t lying to you.

I put a deposit down on a 2021 TRD Off Road DCLB on October 8th. They identified one that fit my requirements that they said would arrive in 30-60 days. About 3 weeks ago, I was told that my Tacoma would be "at the port" on 11/24, and at the dealer by 12/5. They called me Wednesday and said the "at the port" date was now 11/30, so I would expect the dealer arrival date to slip out a few more days. They promised me another update on Monday...We'll see.

I intercepted an allocation on 9/21 and put down a deposit. It was built on 10/26 and was then subject to quality hold. Today I got this from the dealer:

“Hope you had a good Thanksgiving.

Your Truck left Mexico on the 20th and arrived at port on the 24th.
No other update on the ETA yet.
The Port and Corp both always shut down for the Holiday Weekend.

So Probably won't have another update till Mid next week.”

So, Judging by what you and I have been told, they are moving toward us, but painfully slow. It will be interesting to compare notes. When was yours built?

I guess I got lucky getting in with one of the first batches to come in...got in touch with the Boulder Toyota dealership in late August, truck was built in mid-Sept in Mexico and arrived to the dealership around October 1. It was about six weeks of lead time. Army Green OR DCLB.

The dealer never gave me that information. He found the allocation for what I was looking for on 10/8, and I put down the deposit then. My last update was "at the port on 11/30". I'm supposed to get the next update then.

Lucky you on wait time. I put a deposit on the exact same truck in Louisiana on Sept 16, dealer is telling me it will be in port beginning of January.

I "ordered" mine @Sept 14, built in MX on 10/21, arrived at dealer 11/13, took delivery 11/14. 2 months from order request to driving it off lot. This is in mid-MO.

See I ordered mine oct 24th, and was told it would be 3-4 weeks for manufacture, 3-4 weeks for delivery but "very unlikely it will be here after Christmas. Emailed him a week ago after getting no update. "factory can sometimes take up to 6 weeks for manufacture" and added an out saying "you want something very specific" (I don't) . Which puts me at 7-10 weeks total which can punt me all the way into the new year. The fact that I have zero updates, still don't have truck in line, and am not getting a straight answer from the dealership tells me you estimation of 3 months is probably more genuine. Glad you posted because I was mind blown that there could be this little communication in this big of a purchase from toyota (when it's really the dealer).

I received an update from the dealer today:

"Your Truck was processed for shipping from Port yesterday. It is now showing an updated ETA of between 12/10 to 12/15."

I looked at what the ports might be. I didn't realize that Guadajuato was so far away. Probably will ship from Lazaro Cardenas or come through Laredo, Texas, since I am in Arizona, but 10 days from port processing is pretty lengthy. Anyway, it was built 10/26 and I was given an ETA of 12/7 - 12/14 which seems to be holding true.

Ordered my truck 10/24 and was told it would take 3/4 weeks to be built and 3/4 weeks to be deliverd. Got a message today it would be built 1/08 and not delivered till mid February. I wouldn't have minded if he told me he didnt know when it would come in or that it would be in till months after he said it would be in, but at least I wouldnt have had my entire down payment tied up for no reason. God I am getting tired of dealerships BS.
