How long did you have to wait for your factory 2022 order/request/whatever it is called?

ya mines due the same. Kansas City is one of the larger freight yards where GM, FORD and Toyota go. My dads a car hauler for Jack Cooper and they lost the bid on Toyota to a "cheaper" non union carrier. Unfortunately they tend to do more damages. My dealer is in Missouri said that they put a "rush" on it once it lands in kansas city. My projected date according to dealer is now 3/28 to be at the rail yard.

 

They're not allowed to chain the frame anymore, all the manufacturers got tired of rail yard bending the frame so everyone does tire straps now so maybe thats why they over inflate.

 

call your dealer and ask them where it was spotted last. I know the predator tubes are out of stock I believe cause the dealer built my truck the day before I called and got it on their allocation. I didn't want any of the accessories they added but took them just to secure the truck. I called to get the price and they told me that it was about $600 cheaper now and that the port dropped the predator tubes for some reason. Only reason he could think of was that they were apparently running short. They then told me the truck was last spotted in Barstow California 2 days after my last app update. Projected delivery date went from 3/29-4/4 to 3/28.

This website is keeping me sane! I expect to be coming back even after I get my truck. I actually enjoy seeing the posts when one of gets your long-awaited truck.

 

two quick pics I took today at the dealership. Thought I was picking it up today but they just had me finalize the deal and sign the rest of the paper work. Living in Massachusetts its a pain to get it insured and registered. They are saying it might not be ready now until next monday. Today was such a tease I just want it NOW!

 

Who holds the record for the most amount of deposits for a future allocation? Currently have (1) non-refundable in place for a ACLB manual sport, and debating if I should increase my chances with 2-3 more refundable deposits around the nation?

I just picked up my 2022 Tacoma trail edition this past Thursday went to the dealer to just look at what they had and it was the only 4wheel drive they had. They just got it in the day before .

Talked to the dealer today and he said the same thing, just sitting, waiting for the damn predator steps. hopefully they will will send the truck without them. I really don't care for the steps, just get in the way of nice boulders I plan to drive over.

 

You have to sign up and activate the free trial of connected services for your truck and then it will show fuel and mileage in your garage in the app

 

This is probably a dumb follow up question but this requires the permanent VIN, not the temp VIN?

 

Yeah, if you have a Temp vin the truck isn't built yet so you won't be able to sign up for connected services

I just requested one February 19 2022 access cab Sport 6speed manual transmission Army green they said it will take 8 to 12 weeks to get it or longer depends on supply but I can’t wait . just got an update today 3-23-22 they push it out to May or June of this year pretty much 4 to 5 month have to be patient

 

Man, there are hardly any DCSB-TRDOR 4X4 AUTO coming into Florida according to the kissmygritts data. I think I may be in for a long ass wait : (

Related to that data, does anyone know the dealer code for Sun Toyota in Holiday FL? I'm not seeing them on the list under that name or the Morgan auto group that they are part of.
