Nicks is a monthly visit for me, it's still going strong. Best roast beef anywhere.

@Mbtstaco depending on the stage you are in the v-spec site might provide more info. Mine has yet to be built so the app doesn’t really help yet.

Never been to Nick's, but I've heard of it. North Shore roast beef sandwiches are legendary. South Shore where I'm from is home of the South Shore style bar pizza, complete with cult following. There are a few crossovers here and there on each shore, but nothing like a three-way beef on the North Shore, or a laced bar pie from Lynwood.

I think Nick's will be my first quasi-road trip when I get my truck...

Has anyone else heard this? Am I interpreting this right that all Tacomas are not being shipped?

I was at my dealer today for service on my mothers 2016 Camry. My salesmen didn't say anything about a hold. In fact they had a 22 TRD Sport Delivered today that was almost identical to mine.
This one was Wind Chill Pear, Mine is Magnetic Gray Metallic. He told me mine should be off the train by tomorrow and probably at the dealership by next Wed the latest. So the hold might because trucks are missing certain parts, or they under estimated how many they would need.

Yeah, my Pro's ETA was today as well but then I got an email saying Tacomas and Tundras were on hold and new ETA is June.....F..K ME.

Maybe I'll switch to a white Trail Edition. I see one available but it's 6 hours away.

Was this Email from Toyota itself or the dealer? Do you know the trucks last known location or has it left the factory yet? My salesmen told me last week mine was in Kansas, and it should be here by Wed of next week.
This HOLD on Tacoma's and Tundras is weird because they are both made in two different locations. Unless it's a rail system issue. They really have nothing to do with each other except their manufacturers name.

That was from the dealer. It was supposedly built on 3/19 and got to port 3/23 with original ETA of 3/31. My soon to be ex knows a lady at Toyota in Commerce, GA that showed it was to be dispatched to a truck last week. So needless to say I'm hearing many different stories. I'm hoping I get lucky and it'll show up next week sometime.

Hmmm, that does sound weird. I checked VIN in VSPec on the one my dealer had today and it's ETA was 3/29-3/31. Low and behold it showed up today. It could be a TRD Pro issue maybe and they are holding them for something they found at the factory? But what the Tacoma has to do with the Tundra still baffles me. In fact when I was leaving the dealership, a carrier with 3 Rav4's and 2 Corollas and 1 Highlander was being off loaded. As Mr. Spock would say "Curious".

I called 2 other dealerships in my area today as well and they told me they had zero trucks allocated the last 2 allocation dates.
Guess I should've bought a Tacoma last year instead of another Tundra. The waiting definitely sucks ass, especially since I have about 5k in mods sitting here at my house waiting for the damn Taco.

I just got a call back from my dealership in Massachusetts with my final VIN. My Tacoma was built on 3/18 and they told me they expect it by 4/27. VSPEC shows an ETA of 4/9/22-4/20/22.

No mention of a hold on Tacomas and Tundras.
