Agreed. I think you are in the clear. I just looked at my sheet and it just says “Customer order” but it has pricing, VIN, all that stuff, and signatures. Sounds about like yours.

As much as the dealers are playing the upper hand right now- you’re the one spending the $40,000… you hold the cards never forget it

Yeah, and if there is a weird bait and switch on delivery I'm prepared to walk. Not that I'd be happy about it but the agreed upon terms have be met.

whatever date you end up getting, I would allow for an extra 30 days for delays. There is no such thing as a firm date nowadays...

Ball joint spacers and lift blocks, am I doing it right?
I bailed, there has only been a few TRDOF 4x4's sent to Florida in the last couple of months and I came across a 2020 TRDOF 4x4 automatic in MGM with 11 thousand miles for 39k.

At this time it seemed like the best choice. Let the mods begin!

Ugh Tacoma is supposed to be delivered this week but theres a nationwide weather front coming in... tornados in the south and 30 inches of snow expected up here where I am in North Dakota starting tomorrow. I did see a few car trains go by today (I am really hoping my truck is on one of those trains that'll beat the storm). The truck is being delivered to a dealer in Wisconsin

Anyone know how a Tacoma makes its way from the Baja plant towards NJ/Philadelphia? Train, boat, spaceshuttle?

Train, according to my dealer. My 22 TRD Sport traveled from San Diego to Port Newark NJ, then to Freehold NJ on a car carrier. He did tell me the train made stops along the way to pick up other Toyota's (Rav4, Highlander, and Camry) Not sure how it might work for PA. The Train might have a stop somewhere near Philly maybe? Im guessing there.
That or the train goes straight to Newark, then vehicles are loaded on carriers to head back towards PA.

How long did everyone wait from it being built to showing as category 'F'?

Mine was built ~10 days ago, showed 1 mile on the app that day or the following, then 4 or 5 days later that went up to 2, and the tire pressures went up ~2psi then dropped ~2psi during that timeframe.

Wow this is interesting, future plans of only 30 days supply. So this is the future as it is now. Those waiting for flood of vehicles lower prices ain't happening. Less vehicles higher prices more profit.

Not sure, but it appears if I am in the same boat, dealer said truck was built last 4/6, departed 4/7, and showing eta of 5/11-5/13, but still no update from A. Showing 4 miles and no gas in the Toyota app...maybe they are just slow to update things....

For what its worth mine was build sometime last week. ETA listed of 5/11 to 5/15. App shows N/A for Odometer and tire pressure is nowhere to be found. Status is still "A"

I've been told by a few dealerships that Toyota requires dealerships to list incoming vehicles on their site regardless if they are sold until the vehicle leaves the lot. Not sure how factual that is but I've been keeping an eye on my dealership's page and the allocation sheet to see if they have received any. They seem like a low volume location unfortunately.
