    Too true. My lovely wife mentioned something about some papers from her lawyer that she needs me to sign. Told her I was busy with more important stuff.

    Can't believe it, my week 13 temp VIN actually stopped working today. Guess my truck has finally been born! Think I'll have a cigar tonight. ;)

    Oh man. As a KY resident and bourbon fan, you’re hurting me right now. Enjoy that Blanton’s for me.

    I'm trying to figure out a possible ETA for my new truck and I'm hoping you guys can help.

    Originally had a production date of March 26th, delayed to April 13th, delayed again to April 20th.

    Temp VIN stopped working around April 20th, got the new VIN on April 21st. Haven't heard anything from my dealer since and below is my Vspec info. Any Guesses? The truck will be coming up to Montana.

    It’s become one of my top two favs. But damn near impossible to find locally. Luckily I found a contact that can get it for me.

    I need a contact here in NKY. Most liquor stores cater to favorite customers and the Blanton’s they do occasionally offer is horrendously overpriced. So, I stick with my beloved Woodford and carry on.

    My week 13 build temp VIN is still working on the Vspec site :( I'm assuming its been delayed yet again. Hopefully y'all don't have to wait too long for delivery.

    Blantons is perhaps my favorite bourbon, I get super lucky as the liquor store near my house is out in the boonies and gets blantons on the reg every couple weeks on tues, so needless to say every other tues or so I swing by and get a bottle...so good

    Unless you have your heart set on Lunar Rock and don't mind traveling (and they would sell out of state)...My local dealer (Modern in Winston-Salem,NC - not affiliated, just an FYI) has 8 manual OR trucks coming in and a few others at another in the area. Most Magnetic Grey but manuals...

    PXL_20220429_232322250.jpg 4 month wait for it today 2022 off road 6 ft bed moonroof leather etc..what a difference from my 2015 rides 10x better steering better 3 inches more front leg room shrinks the back but seems a lot more room than my 2015 maybe just me. Ride is incredible much less bouncy and no where as stiff as my 2015 sr5..overall happy I got my retirement gift to me lol

    Congratulations on the retirement and the new Toyota. I am glad I live in a state that doesn't require the front plate, that's always bothered me.

    03/23 Reservation Placed w/$500 deposit
    04/08 TempVIN assigned (16B - April 18th to April 24th)
    04/29 Real VIN provided; "A" Status; Registered in Toyota App
    <Estimate 1 month until delivery by salesman>

    FYI... my TempVIN never worked on the v-spec page. Real VIN does work. Still in 'A' Allocated status. Now the addiction starts.... hmm wonder if my dealer has a web cam across the street too :)

    Wish I could retire tomorrow, but this is my 10 years until retirement gift, I guess!
