How long did you have to wait for your factory 2022 order/request/whatever it is called?

You should still have a temp VIN like that one does if the dealer already have the allocation for you

Yup. You know it's a temp VIN because there's a letter in the last 6 characters. A permanent VIN has all numbers in the last 6. Do you even see your truck on their website? It sounds like the dealer is still waiting to get an allocation for the specs you're looking for?

 

I wanted the Lunar Rock but after a 2 month wait and still no allocation I went searching at other dealers. Found the same truck in magnetic grey already allocated but not claimed so I pulled the trigger.

Built yesterday. Got first notification on doors being unlocked just now. Tires have been inflated as well. Does SE go via boat or train from Mexico?

This Tacoma was ordered by the dealer without a customer, they had my name and what I wanted cause I inquired about it via the internet. They should me the truck and many others on order, and when he clicked on this truck PRODUCTION DATE OF JUNE 6TH popped up

Yes, from what you provided in that PDF earlier that is your temp VIN and once it switches to a permanent VIN, that link is no longer going to work. Basically, you just change the VIN in the URL with the new one or whatever VIN you have and it should pull up the vspec.

 

My psi on my trucks tires just went from 36 to 38 in the front. It's pathetic how excited i get about every small update on the app and think it means something is going to happen soon lol.

I live in Missouri if that can help you but I think all Toyota dealerships are having problems getting vehicles right now especially allocation request sold because of parts shortages and what dealership you’re going through to get one too

Go ask people in here a month or two when i told them the discounts were coming soon…. Inventory set to increase rapidly going forward and truck demand will soften due to gas prices. Patience for the real deals soon….

I was looking around for a TRD OF AG 6spd manual. Found one allocated and not claimed about an hour from me. Called and put a deposit down.
Truck was built 5/3. Dealer said it should be on the lot and ready for delivery before the end of the month.

 

I have two local dealers that has a ton of Tacoma's listed. One has 183 and the other has 112. Most are allocations. Maybe 20 couple on each lot. Both dealers are 5k over MSRP. I called their bluff they said take a hike.
