How long did you have to wait for your factory 2022 order/request/whatever it is called?

What dealer in VA? I am in the eastern panhandle of WV.

My Toyota app updated yesterday with my truck mileage being at 2 miles, but no tire pressure reading. I'm assuming my truck got loaded onto a carrier truck or it's probably going through inspection at our local pier. I feel like these last few days feel like an eternity lol. I'm guessing I'll have my truck within this week. I'm hoping it's tomorrow or Thursday by the latest.

The wait for a call is nerve racking, but I was excited when I saw 2 miles on my odometer. Gave me confidence that my truck exist.

 

Says it Vessel arrived to the Long Beach port on 04/27

 

@Rod03 I hate to ask given the number of requests that you get, but could you run my VIN (3TYCZ5AN1NT074255) for me? I'm not getting much info from my dealership and want to confirm what little I am receiving. Last check it was still sitting at the Logistics Park and has been since 5/3. I appreciate any additional insight you can give.

 

Shows it Rail arrived but on 05/14, might have been there before that but it only updates when it gets loaded or unloaded and the VIN gets scan.

Received alerts from the Toyota app this morning...unlocked door notifications, some fuel in the tank, and 1 mile on the odometer, but not tire pressure readings. Perhaps that means it has arrived at Logistics Park Chicago? If so, the trip from San Diego took 10 days...my Tacoma rail departed San Diego on May 6.

Do all the northbound Tacomas go by rail to Chicago? Where is your dealer located? My truck left San Diego by rail the same day as yours but I was under the impression it's going to Newark before it heads to my NJ dealer. I have not had any changes from F status, mileage, doors or tire pressure. Just says N/A.

 

My understanding is that Tacomas produced at the Baja California plant, and headed for the midwest (or beyond) leave San Diego en route to Logistics Park Chicago. However, once they hit Chicago, I do not know how they get to the East Coast if that is their destination.

 

My truck left San Diego by rail the same day too, but I was expecting it to stop near MD or WV or PA. No updates on my app.

 

Still sitting at the rail yard....Thought it would be a quick turnaround once it arrived in town but apparently that is not the case....

 

We can have a contest to see who's sits longest. Mine has been at the rail yard (different location from yours) since 5/9.

 

Rail arrived today, needs to get on one more truck next stop the dealership.

1. Info by entering your VIN in the following URL:

2. You can use the developer tools in most browsers to uncover details by clicking the 3 dots on very right hand corner.
3. click: more tools > developer tools.
4.Refresh the browser by clicking F5 or Control R,
5. Click on the Fetch/XHR header.
6. Then click on your VIN and you will find eta, status, dealer status, etc.
